Kotresh & Co

Kotresh & Co is located at F-1 in Kumara Park West. We are on the 1st floor, right near the Indian Overseas Bank. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a room with some desks and people who know what they are doing. We’ve been at this for a while now. We don't bother with corporate talk or trying to look more professional than we really are. We are just a local business. The 1st-floor location is nice because it’s just one flight of stairs and you are here. Being near the bank is helpful too, as it’s a good landmark for people visiting us for the first time. Inside, things are practical. We have files, computers, and a few chairs for when people stop by. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big marble desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay busy most of the time. There is always something to be filed or a phone call to return. We just take things as they come. It’s a steady way to work and it has served us well over the years. We like the quiet pace of Kumara Park West. It feels like a good place to keep a small office running smoothly without too much noise.
