Kotis

Kotis is located right here in Indira Nagar at number 521. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty lively. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a regular space where we spend our nine to five. We try to keep things tidy, but with everything going on, it’s usually a bit lived-in. There are papers on the desks and boxes in the corners. That is just how it goes when you’re actually working. We like being in Indira Nagar because there is always somewhere to walk to for lunch. The street can be a bit cramped, but that’s just the city for you. At Kotis, we don’t really go for all those fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a practical way of doing things. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just wait it out like everyone else. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by 521, you’ll just see us working. It is a simple life here and we are okay with that. Most days it's just about getting through the tasks and going home to our families.
