Our place, Xl Services, is situated at No. 210 on 4th Cross in BDS Nagar. We fall under the Kothanur Post area of K. Narayanpura, which is a bit of a quieter part of the city compared to the center. We handle various service requests and back-end work that keeps other things running smoothly. The office is simple and functional, without any unnecessary decorations or fancy furniture. We have our computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing when you need them. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for long enough that we don’t need a lot of formal meetings. We just get on with the tasks for the day. Whether it is sorting out data or helping a customer with a specific service request, we just take it as it comes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working in this area. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We are just a local service point where people can get help without a lot of red tape. It’s a bit of a climb to find us if you aren't familiar with the cross streets in BDS Nagar, but we are always here during regular hours. We focus on getting the work done right so that people don't have to come back twice.
