Koten Developers & Constructions (India) Pvt Ltd is located over in Hosahalli, near the Hunasamaranahalli Post. This part of Bangalore North has changed a lot since we first set up shop. We focus on construction and development, which basically means we spend our lives around bricks, cement, and a lot of noise. Our office at 562157 is where we do all the boring stuff like permits and payroll. It’s a plain building, nothing that would win any design awards, but it works for us. We are usually out on site by seven in the morning. Building things in India means dealing with the weather and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. We just take it one day at a time. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built before. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and we all just want to get the job done right. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to keep busy and keep building. If you see us around Hunasamaranahalli, we’re probably just headed to another site. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't know what else to do with ourselves.
