Kota Designers

Kota Designers is based out of Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are located on 38th Cross at number 3826. It's a busy part of the city but we manage to stay focused in our little corner. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We do a lot of sketching by hand before we move anything to the screen. It feels more real that way. Banashankari is a good place to be because we’re close to a lot of the hardware and material shops we need. We spend half the morning talking to suppliers and the other half trying to make things fit into the spaces we're given. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't. That's just the nature of the job. We don't use any big words or try to act like we know everything. We just take one project at a time and do what needs to be done. There’s usually someone here from nine in the morning until late in the evening. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The neighbors know us by now. We’ve been at 3826 for a while and the routine is pretty set. We handle the drawings, the site visits, and the endless phone calls to make sure the wood or the tiles show up on time. It's a lot of small details that most people don't think about. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
