Our place is at 37 Ground Floor in Lilavati Mansion. It is on Seshadri Road, right opposite the KSR Bangalore City Railway Station. Being across from the main station means there is never a quiet moment. There are always people rushing by with suitcases and the sound of traffic is constant. At Kool Solutions Trading Company, we deal with a lot of different goods coming in and out. The ground floor location is helpful because we don't have to carry heavy boxes up any stairs. Lilavati Mansion is an old building with a lot of character. Our office inside is functional. We have shelves full of stock and some desks for the billing stuff. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. Because we are so close to the station, we get a lot of people just walking in to ask for directions or looking for a specific item. We help them out if we can. The trading business keeps us on our toes with prices and inventory changing all the time. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us handling the orders and making sure the customers get what they paid for. We usually eat our lunch quickly because someone always calls or knocks on the door. It is a busy, honest way to make a living in the heart of Bangalore.
