Our office is located at H.No 207, Nagaraj N 1St Floor, 1St Stage 10 Cross, BEML Layout in Basaveshwara Nagar. It’s a bit of a long address but we’ve been here in Bangalore 560079 for some time now. We handle a lot of the lift maintenance and repair work around this part of the city. Most of us are out on the road for most of the day, so the office is mainly for keeping track of our tools and the service logs. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with all the usual elevator headaches, like faulty sensors, worn-out rollers, or control boards that have decided to quit. Bangalore traffic can make getting from one job to another a real challenge, but we do what we can to stay on schedule. We aren't into fancy presentations or anything like that. If a lift isn't moving, we go in, find the fault, and fix it. Some days involve a lot of climbing stairs when the lift is actually dead, which is a good workout I guess. We work with all sorts of buildings around the BEML Layout area. It's practical work that requires a lot of patience and a good set of wrenches. We just try to keep things steady and make sure the elevators we look after stay reliable for the people living and working here. It is just the way we do things at this office.
