We are located in Indiranagar II Stage, right on 7th Cross and 10th Main. It’s house number 138. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always buzzing with people and new shops. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, watching the neighborhood change around us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a whole lot of elevator parts scattered around. It’s a busy hub for us because we handle a lot of calls from all over Karnataka. The traffic in Indiranagar can be a nightmare, so we try to get our service vans out as early as possible. We don't have any fancy signage or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this a long time and know our way around a lift shaft. Most of us are just regular folks who enjoy the technical side of the work. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating repairs. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we always seem to get things sorted in the end. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s just a straightforward, hardworking office. We do not mind the noise from the main road; it just reminds us that everyone is busy and moving, just like the machinery we fix.
