Kobe Sizzlers

Kobe Sizzlers is located on the 12th Main Road in Rajajinagar West. It’s at Ug-9A if you’re looking for the exact spot. The main thing people notice when they walk in is the smell. It’s heavy and stays on your clothes because of all the sizzlers we serve. The plates come out hot and making a lot of noise, which is just how it works here. We have to be careful carrying them because they are really heavy. The kitchen is always a bit smoky, and we keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s a narrow space, so we are always bumping into each other when it gets crowded. Rajajinagar is a busy place, and there’s always someone walking by the window. We see the same faces every week, mostly families who live in the blocks nearby. We don't do anything special for holidays, we just stay open and keep serving food. The chairs are a bit old now, but they still work fine. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know how each other works without having to say much. It’s just a regular job for us, making sure the food is hot and people have a place to sit. We close up late and then have to clean all that grease off the stoves before finally going home.
