Our branch is handled by P. Venkat Bhaskar, who is P. Ramaiah’s son. Even though the main name mentions Bangalore, we are physically located in New Madhavaram village. That is in the Vontimitta Mandal within the Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. It is a bit of a distance from the big city, but we manage our construction work just fine from here. The office is a simple spot in the village. We handle whatever comes our way for Knr Constructions Ltd. People in the village see us coming and going with our gear and supplies. It is not a high-rise office with elevators; it is just a regular building where we do our admin work. We spend a lot of time traveling between sites in the district. The weather in Kadapa can be tough, especially the heat, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any fancy brochures or big marketing campaigns.
