We are based in Thozhoor, which is near Vriddhachalam in Tamil Nadu. Our company name is Knk Nexgen Constructions Pvt Ltd, and we’ve been working in this area for a good while. The heat in Tamil Nadu can be pretty tough for construction, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before it gets too hot. Our address is right there in the local community, so everyone knows who we are. We don’t have a fancy corporate building. It’s more of a practical place where we store our equipment and meet with the guys. Most of the work we do is around Vriddhachalam and the nearby villages. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We deal with local suppliers for our bricks and cement. Sometimes things move a bit slow, but we get them done eventually. Our workers are mostly local people who know the land well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs.
