Kmc Properties is based in BTM 2nd Stage in Bangalore. We are over at Door No. 6 on 21st Cross, right near 16th Main. This neighborhood is always bustling, which is great for a property business. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the streets change quite a bit. We deal with local properties and help people find places or manage what they have. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular place where we sit down and talk to people. We spend a lot of time walking around the area and looking at different sites. Bangalore is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We don’t use those scripted sales pitches you hear from big agencies. We just tell people the facts about a place. If a roof needs fixing or the plumbing is old, we say so. It’s better to be honest about these things from the start. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. One day we are checking leases, the next we are showing a house. It keeps the days interesting. We just want to do our work without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a local business and we plan on staying that way for the foreseeable future.
