Kmc Consrtuctions Ltd is located over in Koramangala 4th Block. The exact place is 303, Balaji Greens, in Friends Colony, Sirinivagilu. It’s Shrikant Prakash Kulkarni’s place where we operate from in Banglore. Traffic is pretty bad around here, especially during the rush hours. But the area itself is quite nice with some trees still standing. Balaji Greens is a decent building. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Friends Colony is a bit tucked away from the main road noise, which we appreciate. Being in Koramangala means there are plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or a bite to eat. We spend most of our day here looking at plans and talking to folks on the phone. It’s a small setup. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. Just some desks and files everywhere. The neighbors in Balaji Greens are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sirinivagilu is a busy pocket of the city. We’ve been here for a while now and it suits us fine. The office has enough light during the day. We have our routine and it works. Banglore is always changing, but this little corner of 4th Block stays pretty much the same. We just go about our business day by day at Kmc Consrtuctions Ltd. It is just a normal office for us where we get stuff done.
