Our place is right near the V.S. Mani Cycle Mart. It's a good landmark because everyone knows it. We are Kirloskar Construction And Engineers Ltd. Being on the Madura Coats Main Road in Mela Kottaram means there's always something going on outside. Vickramasingapuram is a busy enough place for us. We've stayed in Tirunelveli because this is where we know how things work. The office is tucked away. It's not a glass building, just a regular space where we keep our tools and paperwork. Some days the dust from the road gets in, but we don't mind much. We spend most of our time out at different sites anyway. The crew comes in early, grabs what they need, and heads out. Tamilnadu has its own way of doing construction. You have to work with the seasons. When it’s too hot, we start earlier in the morning to beat the sun. It's just how it is. We don't have fancy brochures. Most people find us because they saw a site we were working on. We've been around these parts for a good bit now. My desk is usually covered in drawings and coffee stains. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We know the neighbors well. It’s good to be part of the community here. We just try to do the work right and go home. There is no point in making things sound more complicated than they really are.
