We are located at 564/B Banneraghatta Road, in a spot called Marwadi Mahhallo. Kiran Power Rectification Services Pvt Ltd is what the sign says, but most people just know us as the guys who deal with power issues. The shop is full of heavy equipment and tools. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’ll probably get some grease or dust on it. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our door. We’ve been here for a long time, working on rectifiers and other power systems that most people don’t even think about until they break. It’s technical work and it requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we have to spend hours testing a single circuit to find out why it’s failing. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs near the entrance. Most of our customers are from the local industries or workshops nearby. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people to Marwadi Mahhallo. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever needs fixing that day. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes sweaty job, but someone has to do it. We’ve learned to appreciate the quiet moments when the machines are all humming correctly.
