Kinetic Body Fitness

We set up Kinetic Body Fitness at No.415 in Kasturi Nagar. You can find us on the second floor, right next to the Domino’s Pizza. Being off OMBR Layout makes it a handy spot for folks living around this side of town. The gym is up a couple of flights of stairs, which I always tell people is just a good warm-up before they even start their workout. We have a decent range of equipment, from the usual dumbbells to a few cardio machines. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't go in for fancy lights or expensive memberships that don't make sense. Most of the people who come here are locals from Kasturi Nagar who just want a place to train without traveling too far. The space gets a lot of natural light during the day because we’re on the second floor. Sometimes the smell of pizza from downstairs makes it a bit hard to stay focused on the diet, but we manage. We try to keep the equipment in good shape, though things need a bit of grease now and then. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. No one is judging anyone else. We just want to provide a space where you can come in, do your thing, and get on with your day. It’s been working out well for us so far. We are happy to be here.
