Kavita Optical Works

Kavita Optical Works is located at No. 69 on 18th Cross. We’re right near the Hanuman Temple on Kilari Road. Having the temple so close is nice because everyone knows where it is. It makes giving directions a lot easier. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a few people in at once, but we make it work. We spend our days working with frames and lenses, mostly just focusing on getting the small details right. It’s quiet work, which contrasts with the busy street outside. Kilari Road always has something happening. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks to get people through the door. Most of the folks who come in are local residents or people who saw the sign while walking to the temple. We like the personal feel of a small shop. You get to know people by name after a while. It’s just a simple, local business run by people who live nearby. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade. If you need to find us, look for the temple and you’re almost at our doorstep. It’s been our home for years and we really like it here.
