If you drive down the Bommasandra-Jigani Link Road, you’ll find us at Plot No. 14. Microtrol Sterilisation Services Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial area for some time. The road out front is always busy with lorries and workers commuting back and forth. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a large industrial space designed for the work we do. Inside, there’s a lot of focus on the equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy lobbies. It’s more about the concrete floors and the heavy doors that lead to the processing areas. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their spot. During the monsoon, the rain hits the metal roof so loud you can hardly hear yourself think. We usually have lunch together in the small break room. It’s a basic life here, mostly following schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should. People often stop by asking for directions to other plots since the Link Road can be a bit confusing with all the similar-looking gates. We just point them the right way and get back to it. It’s just a regular part of the industrial landscape, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the paperwork on the desks and the tools on the floor, and we go home when the shift ends. It is just regular work.
