Khosla Associates

Khosla Associates is situated at 18 17Th Main in HAL 2nd A Stage, Indiranagar. It’s a nice enough street with a lot of trees, though parking is always a headache for anyone coming by. The office itself is pretty quiet, mostly just the sound of keyboards and the ceiling fans humming on the higher settings. We’ve got a big window that looks out onto the street where we can see the fruit sellers passing by in the early mornings. Inside, the walls are mostly white, but they’ve gotten a bit yellow and marked up over the years. We spend most of our time here at our desks, working through designs and taking phone calls from contractors who are usually in a huge hurry. Indiranagar has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more cafes and shops popping up every month, but our little corner remains more or less the same. We have a small pantry where someone is always making tea around four o’clock in the afternoon. It’s not a corporate environment; we wear what’s comfortable and talk to each other across the room instead of sending formal emails. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it together while we wait for the pages to load. It is a straightforward place where we focus on the work at hand without much fuss or unnecessary meetings. We like being in this part of town and seeing the neighborhood wake up.
