Khosla Associates

We are located in Domlur Layout, specifically on 1st D Main Road at No. 646. Our office has been here for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the neighborhood. It’s not a very big setup, just a group of us working on various design projects and trying to get things done right. Most mornings start with some coffee and a quick chat about the drawings we have on the table. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with big presentations every hour. It's more about sitting down, looking at a plan, and figuring out if it actually works for a real building. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how this line of work goes. People usually find us easily since we are right in the middle of the residential area. The building isn't anything flashy, just a practical space where we can focus on our sketches and meetings. Most of our day is spent either on the computer or talking to contractors on the phone. We’ve seen the area around Domlur change quite a bit over the years, with new shops and cafes popping up everywhere, but our routine stays pretty much the same. If you’re ever walking down this road, you’ll probably see our bikes parked outside or someone headed out for a site visit. It's a busy life, but we like the work we do here.
