We operate as an OPC, so it is a very small, tight-knit operation. We handle various services from this office. It’s mostly just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of patience. The neighborhood is fairly busy, especially around the cross, but Coconut Street itself is usually a bit more relaxed. We started this because we wanted to do something on our own terms. There’s no big boss in a faraway city; it’s just us here on the ground. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day.
