Kham Constructions

Kham Constructions is located over in the ITI Layout area of Bangalore, specifically around 3rd Stage. It is a busy spot and the traffic near the 2nd Main can be a real headache some days. Our office at number 22 is where most of the planning happens. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We deal with a lot of residential stuff, mostly around this part of town. You will often see our motorbikes parked outside while we argue over blueprints or budget sheets. It gets pretty frantic when a new slab is being poured. We spend a lot of time on our phones trying to find where the gravel truck went. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there is always something to do, but we try to take it one day at a time. It’s mostly family and a few trusted helpers running things here. We have been in BSK for a while now and know the local suppliers pretty well. There’s always a bit of mud on the floor and the smell of coffee in the air. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, we just like getting the jobs done right so people can move into their homes. It is a lot of hard work and late nights, but it keeps us going. We just stay busy and keep building things day by day in this neighborhood.
