This branch is out on Kengeri Road, specifically at 559/16 in Hoyasala Nagar, near the 3rd cross and 3rd main. It’s a part of town that’s seen a lot of change recently with more buildings going up every month. Our spot sits on a bit of a dusty stretch, so we are constantly cleaning the front windows. The kitchen is where most of us spend our time, and it’s always loud with the sound of timers going off and the fryers working. We have a routine for everything, from how we stack the cardboard boxes to how we mop the floors at the end of the night. The morning shift starts while it’s still cool outside, which is nice before the fryers really heat the place up. We get a mix of people coming in—students from nearby, families on their way home, and people working on the construction sites down the road. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, and the drivers sit on their seats checking their phones while they wait for orders. We have some regulars who come in at the same time every week, and we recognize their faces even if we don't always know their names. It’s just a regular job for us, making sure the food is ready and the place is open when it’s supposed to be. The 559/16 address is easy to find once you get onto the main road near the crossing.
