Our place is at No. 95 in Basavanapura. We’re quite close to Bannerghatta Road, which is both a blessing and a curse because of the traffic. Kerox Chemicals started because we saw a need for these types of products in this part of the city. We aren’t a huge outfit with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us who really understand how these chemicals work and what they're used for. The facility isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and has everything we need to do our work properly. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are labeled right. It’s tedious sometimes, but it’s important. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else in the industry. We just open up in the morning, go through the orders, and see what needs to be shipped out. The area around Basavanapura has grown a lot lately, and there are new buildings popping up all the time. We’ve stayed consistent, though. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a task, maybe with some coffee or tea nearby. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. We’re just here to do the work and provide what we can to the local market. It's a practical business for practical people who just need things done right.
