We spend a lot of time here in the Bangalore office working through papers and blueprints for the projects we got going on around the city. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic but inside we just try to get the development plans sorted out. Most days it’s just us and the computers trying to make sure the buildings go up where they are supposed to. Being part of Keppel Puravankara means there is always a lot of back and forth between the teams. We aren't really fancy people, just folks who know how to handle property stuff and construction schedules. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we all have to go down the street to get tea which is a nice break anyway. Bangalore is growing so fast and we are right in the middle of it all, handling the paperwork and the site visits. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track with the rain and the logistics but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve been at this for a bit now and it feels like just another part of the neighborhood. The office is usually stacked with files and maps of different plots and residential areas. We don't have a lot of time for long speeches about what we do. It is just work, you know? We show up, deal with the city authorities, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure the development moves along. It's a busy life here.
