Our spot is over at number 689 in Hanumant Nagar. We are right on the 6th Cross and 6th Main. It’s a well-known area in Bangalore, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a good bit. The office isn't one of those shiny towers. It’s a more traditional building that fits in with the rest of the street. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have our workspace set up for the Keppel Puravankara development projects. It’s not about having the newest furniture or a fancy decor. We just need a place that works. The rooms are filled with the usual stuff—desks, chairs, and stacks of documents. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The area is usually quite lively with people moving around. Our pin code is 560019. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what’s needed. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us fixes it. If the tea runs out, someone goes to the shop. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much jargon or have long-winded speeches. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. Most of us have been around here for years, so we know the local scene well. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. No big egos, just a small team getting things done in a regular Bangalore office.
