Keerthana Nethralaya

Down in Nelamangala, things move at their own pace, even though the highway is right there. Keerthana Nethralaya is situated at No. 2 on B G Road. A lot of people find us by looking for Roopa Theatre, which is just opposite our building. Being near a cinema hall makes it easy for folks to give directions. Our clinic is focused on eyes, so we see people coming in with all kinds of vision problems. Some are elderly people who need a bit of extra help getting up the steps, and others are kids who cannot see the board at school. It is not a very big place, but we have the equipment we need to check how people are seeing. The 562123 area is growing fast, and we see that reflected in the number of patients coming in lately. The road outside can get dusty because of all the construction and the traffic heading towards the Bangalore outskirts. Inside, it is a bit quieter, though the waiting room gets its fair share of chatter. We do not spend money on glossy brochures or big marketing campaigns. We just open the doors in the morning and start seeing the people who have been waiting. It is a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the auto drivers at the stand. It is just about looking after the eyes of the people in our little corner of the world.
