We’re based out of 105 B in the Amamr Joytiapts.85, Kanakapura Road, over in Jayanagar 6th Block. It’s a bit different because we operate from an apartment building rather than a big factory. It’s quieter here, which is nice for a change. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers where we look at energy data and handle our paperwork. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a glass front. It feels more like a home office where a few of us gather to get things done. We usually start the day with some coffee and a quick chat about what needs to happen. Since we are in Jayanagar, there are plenty of trees outside and it feels a bit more relaxed than the industrial zones. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or in meetings, trying to figure out the best way to handle the energy projects we’re working on. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes the apartment lift is broken, so we have to take the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s a small, practical setup that allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now.
