Kaveri Ultra Polymers P. Ltd is based in Bhadrak, Orissa. We are located right here in the 756 113 pin code area. It is a bit different from the big city offices you see in magazines. Our place is more of a practical facility where we deal with polymer products. The weather in Orissa can be quite tough with the heat and the cyclones, so our building is built to be sturdy rather than pretty. Inside, you’ll find desks that have seen better days and a lot of samples of our polymer work scattered around. We don't have a PR person or a fancy website. We just focus on getting the product right and making sure it goes out to the people who ordered it. Most of our workers are from the local area around Bhadrak, so there is a lot of local talk in the lunchroom. We don't use big corporate words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we go do it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been part of the community for a while and we prefer it this way. It’s a simple operation where honesty and showing up on time matter more than having a polished image. We just keep our heads down and work. There are no big promises here, just people handling materials day in and day out.
