Kaveri Ophthalmic Opticians

Kaveri Ophthalmic Opticians is a small, quiet shop located in Rajajinagar. We are over in the 1st N Block at 23/A. It is a nice area, a bit more settled than the main market streets. The shop has been here for a good while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We focus on the basics here—getting people the right lenses and fixing frames that have gone wonky. The shop is filled with various styles of glasses, from the very old-fashioned ones to some newer shapes. It is mostly just us sitting here, waiting for someone to come in with a prescription or a broken hinge. We use a lot of small tools and mirrors. It is a bit of a craft, really, making sure the glass is cut just right. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters, and the trees give a bit of shade to the front window. We don't do big sales or shout about our prices. People just know we are here when they need their eyes checked. It is a very local way of doing things. We recognize most of the people who walk past our door. If you need a quick adjustment or just want to see if a different frame looks better, you just walk in and ask. It is a simple, honest life in a nice corner of Bangalore.
