Katari Constructions

We are based out of Chandra Layout in Adajan, at 314/1. Unlike a lot of offices, ours is usually covered in a bit of dust because of all the construction material we move around. We handle smaller building projects and some renovation work in the local area. There are always blueprints lying around on the table and samples of bricks or tiles in the corner. I spend more time out at the actual sites than I do sitting behind the desk. My wife handles the phone calls when I’m out checking on the workers. We’ve got a small crew that’s been with us for a long time, and we mostly work on houses or small shops nearby. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the cement delivery is late. We don't have a big corporate logo or a fleet of trucks, just a couple of reliable vehicles and our tools. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, like a pipe breaking or a measurement being off, and we just have to fix it and move on. That’s just part of the job. People know us in Adajan because we’ve worked on half the street at one point or another. We don't make big promises, we just show up and build what needs building. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us busy enough.
