Our office is located at No 40, Sri Rama Nivasa, on the 14th Main in the Raghavanagar area of Srinagar, Bangalore. It is a regular building in a residential neighborhood, which makes it easy for local people to stop by and talk to us. We handle construction projects around this part of the city, mostly focusing on small houses and local renovations. The office is not very big and is usually cluttered with tools, measuring tapes, and stacks of paper. We have a small team and we have been doing this for a long time now. Bangalore traffic is a big part of our daily struggle, especially when we are trying to move bricks or sand from one place to another. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or saw our name on a board at a site. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table in the office, trying to figure out how to keep things moving when there is a delay with the permits or the weather. It is just everyday work for us, nothing too exciting. We know the local vendors and the workers in this area, which helps us get things done. It is a simple operation and we just take things one day at a time here in Srinagar.
