Dinesh Associates is located on the 2nd Floor of the Hotel Konva building, in room R204. This is right in the middle of Chikpete, near the BVK Iyengar Road cross on Kilari Road. If you know Bengaluru, you know this is one of the most crowded and hectic parts of the city. Our office is small and tucked away in an older building. We have been here for a long time. The space is filled with old wooden desks and metal filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning or modern glass walls. We have some ceiling fans that hum all day. The streets below are always full of people and vehicles, so there’s a constant noise coming up from the windows. We do a lot of legal and administrative work for the local traders and shops. It’s a busy life. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to know which stairs to take to find us. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around and working on various files. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon. It’s a very traditional way of working. We don't use any fancy software or have a marketing team. People come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been here for decades. It’s just a small office in a very busy market.
