If you find yourself in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, or RR Nagar as most of us call it, you might come across our office. We are located at 73, Bhel Layout (North) in the Pattanagere area. It’s a decent part of Bangalore, 560098, and it is where Kap(I) Projects & Constructions Pvt.Ltd. does its daily business. We chose this spot because it's a bit away from the extreme noise of the city center but still close enough to get everywhere we need to be. Our office is number 73, and it’s a standard building where we keep our records and manage our construction schedules. There is no corporate lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and see the people who actually do the work. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and checking on project updates. It’s a busy environment but not in a flashy way. We have our fair share of stress with deadlines and supplies, but that is the nature of the construction business in a city like Bangalore. We are just a group of people who know the local terrain and the local laborers. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just show up at the Bhel Layout office, handle the day's problems, and try to make sure every project moves forward. It is plain work, done by real people who live and work right here in the neighborhood.
