Kap (India) Projects & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 43, Michaelpalya 2nd Stage, in the New Thippasandra area of Bangalore. We are sharing the space with K. S. Shiva Prakash. It’s a more residential-feeling part of town compared to the main city center. The pin code is 560075. Our office is in a building that looks like many others on the street. It’s not particularly easy to find if you don't know the cross-streets. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and storage boxes. We’ve got a lot of project files piled up because we don't like throwing things away. It’s a working office, so it’s never perfectly clean. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We have a small area for making tea and that’s about it for luxuries. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. There aren't any big corporate meetings with PowerPoint slides here. We just sit around and figure out what needs to happen next for the constructions we are handling. New Thippasandra has a lot of good small places to eat, so lunch is always the highlight of the day. We like it here because it feels like a community. Kap (India) Projects & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. isn't trying to be a giant company. We just want to do our work from our little corner of Bangalore and go home at the end of the day.
