We are located on the second floor of Ramanashree Arcade, which is No:18 on M G Road in Bangalore. It’s a very busy part of the city, right in the middle of everything. Kap (I) Projects & Constructions Pvt Ltd has been in this building for some time now. Being on M G Road means there’s always noise from the traffic and the metro nearby. The office itself is okay, not too big but enough for our team. We have a view of the street, which can be distracting when the protests or parades go by. Inside, it’s a typical Bangalore office setup. We’ve got desks pushed together and a lot of cables everywhere for the computers. The lift in the arcade is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s a good workout anyway. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk in and someone will look up from their screen. It’s a busy atmosphere. We are usually juggling a few different things at once. The coffee shop downstairs is where we spend a lot of our money. Working at Kap (I) Projects & Constructions P Ltd. means being part of the Bangalore hustle. It’s not a quiet life, but it’s what we are used to. M G Road is just like that—fast and a bit chaotic, but it keeps us moving.
