Kansai Nerolac Paints

This specific branch of Kansai Nerolac Paints is located at Flat 11, 5C, in Nandi Gardens. It is out in JP Nagar 9th Phase in Bangalore. It is more of a residential setting than you might expect for a paint company. Working out of a flat gives it a very different feel than a big industrial office. We have our desks set up in what would normally be the living area. It is actually quite nice because it feels less like a sterile workplace. Nandi Gardens is a big complex, so we sometimes have to give directions to people at the gate. The 9th Phase is still developing in some parts, but it is getting busier every month. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. There is always a pot of tea going in the small kitchen. We talk about the weather and the Bangalore rains a lot. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit to send our reports. It is just part of the routine. We are a small team in this office. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the paint orders and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It is a practical way to run things. We like the quiet of the gardens. It makes the workday go by a bit faster when it is peaceful outside. We are just here doing our regular work.
