It’s a bit busy around here on Kanakapura Road. We are up on the 2nd floor of No. 5 in the Industrial Area. The stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying something, but we manage. Most days it is just us handling the usual calls and getting the equipment ready for the field guys. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The office isn't fancy, just some desks, some shelves for parts, and the coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the technicians have what they need before they head out. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes customers drop by to ask about their filters or just to see when a service person can come over. We try to keep things organized but with so many papers and boxes, it stays a bit cluttered. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which is the nicest part of the day here. It’s just a regular workspace where we get the job done. Nothing too complicated, just people working. We usually head out by six unless there's some paperwork left over. It's a decent place to work, even if the industrial area gets a bit dusty. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks for the day.
