We are based at 5/184 on the 2nd Cross of Pushkarani Street. Being in Yelahanka means we are a bit far from the main city center of Bangalore, but it's quieter here. The office is easy to find if you know the street. We deal with various property ventures. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and looking over documents. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s usually quiet until the phones start ringing. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons out in the field. The dust from the road sometimes blows in if we leave the door open. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and try not to lose the notes. It’s a small operation. We know the local shops around here and usually get our lunch from the place around the corner. The heat can be a bit much in the summer months. We have a small fan that works okay. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people working out of this spot in Yelahanka. It’s a practical place to work. We show up every morning and do what needs to be done. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just keep our heads down and work.
