Kanakadhara Ventures (P) Ltd

Our office is at S 54/A in the 3rd Stage of Kirloskar Colony. It's tucked away in Kamalanagar. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this area still feels a bit like the old days. We handle various venture projects from this small space. The street outside can get pretty cramped during rush hour. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on land plots. It's mostly just sitting at desks and dealing with the local authorities or talking to buyers. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old filing cabinets and a few computers that hum all day. Rain in Bangalore usually slows everything down for us. We end up drinking a lot of coffee while waiting for the weather to clear so we can head out to the sites. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us three or four people trying to stay organized. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to wait. It gets frustrating, but that's life. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. People from the colony often stop by just to say hello. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just need a roof over our heads to manage the work. It gets the job done for us. We usually wrap up late.
