Kamdar Construction (P) Ltd is located over in Bangalore. Our specific address is 342, 1st Stage, 2nd Phase on 9th Main. This is in the Gokul Extension area, specifically the Mattekeri part, Bangalore-54. Bangalore has changed quite a bit over the years, but this area still feels like a solid, old neighborhood. We are a construction company, so our days are mostly filled with looking at plans, dealing with cement, and talking to the workers on site. Our office on 9th Main is a simple place where we do our thinking and planning. It is definitely not one of those shiny tech offices you see in other parts of the city. We have regular chairs and old desks and usually a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. Being in the 2nd Phase of Gokul Extension makes us pretty easy to find if you know your way around the stages and mains. We have been doing this for years, mostly building houses and small projects on this side of town. We do not have any fancy brochures or big ads. We just build things. People know us because they have seen our work on the next street over or because their neighbors hired us once. That is just how we get most of our jobs. It is honest work in a busy city. We start early when it is still cool and just get it done.
