We are Kalyani Developers, and you can find our office in Bangalore, specifically in Venkatadri Layout. We are on the 2nd Cross, right across from the IIMB campus. Being near the management institute makes it a pretty well-known area. The office is at number 3. We have been working in development for a while now, mostly focusing on local projects around this part of Bangalore. It is a busy city, and Venkatadri Layout has its own quiet corners despite being near a major landmark. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who know the local building scene. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or making big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are and what we do. The office is a practical space where we look over plans and talk to contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the Bangalore traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We deal with the usual paperwork and site visits that come with development work. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady. We like being in this part of South Bangalore. It has a good feel to it. We keep things simple and honest. If someone walks in, they talk to us directly. There are no fancy layers to go through. We just do our work and try to stay organized as much as possible.
