Kadam Group

Kadam Group has its office in Vijaya Nagar, specifically in the Remco Layout, 1st Phase. We are situated right on the Service Road at number 17/46. This area has changed a lot since we first set up here, getting much busier with more shops and businesses popping up. The service road can be a bit tricky with the traffic, but it makes us easy to reach from the main road. Our workspace is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or fancy decor; it is just a place to get work done. We handle various aspects of property and land, so our day is usually split between the office and being out on the field. In the office, it is mostly about managing the accounts and talking to people who are interested in what we have available. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it is filing or taking a client to see a site. Vijaya Nagar is a solid neighborhood to be in, and we feel like we are part of the local fabric now. We have seen the area grow and we have grown along with it in our own quiet way. We don’t make big promises, we just try to be clear about what we can do and then we do it. It is a simple way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We stay until the work is finished most evenings.
