We buy our coal in big bags and stack them in the back. People come here because they know what to expect. There isn't any hidden stuff in the food. We just put it on the fire and watch it closely. It’s a lot of standing around in the heat, but we like seeing people enjoy what we make. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us pretty well by now.
