You can find us at No. 8 on the 3rd Cross in Amarjothilayout. We are right in Sanjay Nagar, and most people use the local Coffee Day as a landmark to get here. Being K4 Infrastructure Consultant & Civil Contractors, we have a lot of work involving roads and buildings. The office itself is just a regular house-turned-office on a side street. It’s pretty quiet most of the time, except when we are all arguing over a project detail. We have a lot of blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are files stacked on the floor and empty coffee cups on the tables. We like being in Sanjay Nagar because it’s got everything we need close by. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a giant firm. We are just a team of consultants and contractors doing our jobs. The 3rd Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We’ve got a small porch where we sit sometimes to talk about work. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just focus on the civil work and the drawings. If you pass the Coffee Day, you’re pretty much there. It’s a simple, hardworking place. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need many rules. We just show up, drink some coffee, and get to the plans. The office might be small, but it’s where all the big decisions happen.
