K V S Infra Projects India Pvt Ltd has been at our spot in JP 1st Phase for a good bit of time now. Our main location is near M G Road, specifically at Moledina Road 856. It’s a trek to get through the city sometimes, especially with all the construction going on lately, which is ironic given what we do. The office is usually filled with maps and rolls of drawings that never seem to stay organized. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old chairs that have seen better days. Most of the time, the team is out in the field, so the office stays pretty quiet until the late afternoon. That’s when everyone comes back with dirt on their clothes and stories about what went wrong at the site. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails. We just use the phone and talk to people directly. It’s simpler that way and saves a lot of back and forth. Being at 856 Moledina Road puts us right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to run out to pick up materials. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve managed to keep the lights on. It’s not always easy, and some days are longer than others, but we keep showing up. It’s just how it is when you’re building stuff for a living. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch until the sun is starting to go down.
