K Shivaram & Associates

You can find us at K Shivaram & Associates over in the Malleshwaram area. Our office is at number 25 on the 4th Cross, and we are up on the 2nd Floor. Malleshwaram has that old Bangalore feel to it, with the big trees and the traditional houses, and we like being part of that. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs since it is an older building. The office is pretty simple, mostly filled with files, books, and a few desks. We have been here for a while now, handling whatever work comes through the door. It is usually quiet on the 2nd floor, which is nice for getting things done. We are not into big corporate branding or having a fancy lobby. It is just a place where we sit down and talk to people who need our help with their paperwork or legal matters. The 4th Cross is a busy little street, especially in the afternoons. We often take breaks at the local coffee places nearby because the coffee in Malleshwaram is some of the best. We know our neighbors in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. It is a comfortable spot for us, and we have no plans to move. If you are coming by, just look for number 25 and head up to the second floor.
