K Rama Bhat & Associates is set up at 36 Seshadripuram within the Laxmi Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on nearby. There are trucks moving and people working in the other units all day long. It’s not the quietest place, but it feels right for a working business. Our space is just one of many in the estate. We’ve got the typical concrete walls and a sturdy door. Inside, it’s mostly just files and computers and us trying to keep everything organized. Seshadripuram is a busy part of the city, so getting here can take a bit of time depending on the traffic. We don't have a fancy lobby with coffee or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to put in our hours. The Laxmi Industrial Estate has been here for years, so most drivers know where to turn off. We like the atmosphere here because everyone is just doing their own thing. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t bother with much marketing or trying to look bigger than we are.
