K K Enfield Garage

The garage is right on Banaswadi Main Road, near the Opera House area. If you live around here, you probably know the sound of the bikes being tested outside. K K Enfield Garage is basically just a place where there is always oil on the floor and a couple of bikes taken apart. We spend our whole day covered in grease, honestly. It’s a small space, so it gets crowded pretty fast when a few people bring their motorcycles in at the same time. The traffic on Banaswadi Main Road is usually a mess, which makes testing the engines a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don’t have a waiting room with air conditioning or anything like that. Most guys just stand around and talk while we work on their machines. It’s a lot of manual labor, turning wrenches and cleaning out parts that have seen better days. Sometimes we’re waiting on parts to arrive, and the shop looks like a mess of metal and tires. It's just a local workshop. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. The tools are old but they still work fine for what we need to do. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the neighbors are used to the noise. It’s just us and the bikes, day in and day out, trying to keep them running properly on these bumpy roads.
