Finding us at K K Bhansali & Co involves coming down to Chickpete, which is always a bit of a challenge with the crowds and the narrow lanes. We are located in the Pooja Complex on the fourth floor. You have to use the entrance near DC Plaza in Santoshpete to get into the right part of the building. It’s a busy area, so there is always something going on right outside our doors. The office itself is tucked away from the main noise of the market, though you can still hear the distant sounds of people shouting and vehicles moving. We’ve got our desks and our files organized as best as we can in the space we have. The walk up to the fourth floor keeps us moving, though there is a lift if it's working right. Chickpete has a very specific energy that you just get used to after working here for a while. We spend our hours going through records and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we do our work. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water in the building is a bit finicky, but we manage. Most days are just a cycle of checking emails, sorting through papers, and making sure everything is in order. It's a practical office for a practical kind of day. We don't have a lot of extra space, but it serves our needs well enough for now.
